Doom/death metal band Lake OfTears were formed in may of 1992 in Boras,Sweden,Signed later in 1993 by black mark."Forever Autumn" is the bands fourth album and a drastic change from it's previous releases.

"Forever Autumn" is a highly under-rated album,Not a masterpiece,But still it has much to offer.First off the patented death growls are nowhere to be found here,Instead,Lake Of Tears decided to just make an album of beautifulmusic,They succeed!

The clean vocals are amazing,leaving me to wonder why the growls were ever used,which happens all too often.The album as a whole is based on sadness and depression,giving it a moody-metal feel,kinda the album you can pop in the cd player,drive through the mountain,watch the leaves fall and loose yourself within yourself.If you love beautiful melodic metal,you wont be dissapointed with this album.
