Terrible music. Really. The production sounding as if it took place in a corrugated iron tank only adds to the songs all sounding the same with recycled riffs and song patterns. A complete lack of creativity is displayed throughout the album, with only the occasional high point, where the listener might hear a very moshable, catchy riff. Most of the music is bad enough though, to make the good parts of the album not worth my time. The overall sound, and riffs that were decided on at the flip of a hat, along with the terrible synthetically enhanced vocals, make this album and abomination to metal. It's a sad shame that such a respected band in death metal had to put out an album like this. I recommend checking out one of their earlier albums, Retribution, instead. I traded this for a Bolt Thrower album. I think I'll end my review here as you probably get the idea already of what I think of this drink coaster.
