Arguably the best metal album ever put to tape.And without a doubt Metallica's best.

I first heard this album back in sixth grade of elementary school,Almost eleven years to date.At the time I knew this was a great album And I thought of course Metallica were the Gods of Metal.Unfortunately Metallica slowly declined after Master Of Puppets,But the album never did.Throughout the years I heard thousands of bands and albums,ranging from pop,jazz,classical,reggae,rap, toblack metal and so on.

Well I was right about one thing,Metallica were the Gods of metal for the brief time in metal history,As for this album,"great" only does it injustice,It's perfection!.Never have I heard an album more focused or accomplished than Master of Puppets.This is Metallica's best work without a doubt,It's more focused,It's faster,it's harder,andit's more intelligent.

"Master Of Puppets" consist of 8 songs,clocking in at over an hour."Battery" starts it out with a blaze of speed metal to set the tempo,"Master Of Puppets" follows,a song about the way drugs and their lords control and manipulate there users(Puppets),This is probably the best song metallica ever made,though every song off this album is great."Welcome home sanitarium" is one of the two slower songs off this album,and still they're considered of metallica's best,Welcome home sanitarium is from the view point of a mental patient."Disposable heroes" is a song about the military and the view point from a soldier."Leper Messiah" is about religion and it's lies."Orion" arguably the best metal instrumental ever,an 8 min classic.If you're a metal lover you've probably already heard this album,If you haven't then this should be on your list.

The argument of the best metal album ever will undoubtedly continue for many years to come,and "Master Of Puppets" Willalways be in it,A Classic!!
